DAASL Business Rules Implementation Methodology (D-BRIM)

DAASL has developed a unique delivery model called D-BRIM – DAASL Business Rules Implementation Methodology. The methodology covers all aspects of a BRMS project including project planning, delivery artifacts, best practices for rule harvesting, repository organization & deployment, architecture and design blue-prints. The methodology brings unique value to our clients by combining best practices from the BRMS Technology Vendors and leveraging Rational Unified Process (RUP), Agile Business Rule Development Process (ABRD) and rule development processes from Barbara Van Holle at KPI, Ron Ross at BR Solutions and others.
We utilize industry best-practices to assist in rule elicitation, rule discovery and capture, rule analysis, rule design and authoring, rule validation and rule deployment. Our rule analysts understand both the business and technology issues involved and serve as the liaison to correctly transition to a business rules environment and help leverage gains throughout the organization.
