Founder & CEO
With over 15 years of experience in building and managing product development, product management, consulting & sales engineering teams worldwide, Chaitan serves as the Global CEO & President at DAASL. Prior to this, Chaitan worked with FICO where he was responsible for incubating FICO’s Global Delivery Center in Bangalore & also headed FICO’s solutions Management team for Asia Pacific including China & Japan Markets. Before moving into his ASPAC Role, Chaitan managed the solution management, consulting and technical sales teams for the North Americas at Fair Isaac & ILOG.
Known for his astute sales, management, domain and technical prowess, Chaitan has played a major role in the expansion for Business Rules, Analytics and Optimization world. He has been a frequent speaker in various conferences worldwide and has various patents under his belt. His specialization lies in M&A and ecosystem development of effective direct and partner driven product development and sales teams to exhibit growth.
Chaitan did his Masters in Mathematics and Masters in Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani.

Executive Director
As a co-founder & executive member of the DAASL Team, Neelu serves as a Board Member for DAASL India and Chief Executive Officer for DAASL INC, our US arm. Generally a quiet force behind the scene, she has been instrumental in defining, validating & executing upon all strategic and tactical decisions of the company. Neelu’s people-friendly nature, terrific business acumen, strategic thinking, great organizational skills and soothing calm nature makes her a real delight to work with. Before moving to India, she spent 8+ years in the Silicon Valley. Neelu holds Bachelor’s Degree in Arts and Master’s Degree in Economics.

Director – BRMS Practice
With over 9 years of experience in Technology & Business Rules Management Consulting Services, Shiv heads the Business Rules Management, Business Process Management, and Technology Practice at DAASL. With his strong business, technology & project management skills, Shiv has successfully managed & delivered several enterprise scale applications across the globe. Prior to joining DAASL, Shiv played a lead role in the FICO Professional Services for Blaze Advisor. He has also served Australia New Zealand Bank and Infosys in various capacities.
Shiv holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and is an alumnus of BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore.

Manager – Operations
Kaushal is responsible for Global Operations at DAASL. His prime responsibility includes strategy formulation and managing day to day activities related to finance, accounting, HR and administration. Kaushal has over 5 years of experience in handling global operations serving various office locations spanning across different countries and continents. Prior to joining DAASL, Kaushal was responsible for Global Payment Processing at Barclays Shared Services PLC. He was also associated with MBD Groups Real Estate as a Finance Executive.
Kaushal is an MBA from Symbiosis Pune specializing in Finance and Accounting and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management and Foreign Exchange Management.

Country Manager, South Africa
Based out of DAASL Office in Johannesburg, Anil serves DAASL as the Country Manager for South Africa & Sales Head for Rest of Africa Region. Anil’s responsibilities include Territory Management, Client Engagement, Business Development, Marketing and driving DAASL’s Strategy & Growth in the region. Anil is also chartered with ensuring project delivery, client satisfaction and overall engagement management for the region.
Anil comes to DAASL with years of Business Rules Management Leadership Experience. Prior to joining DAASL, Anil has been instrumental in successful roll out of various BRMS Projects and has worked with several Business Rules Management vendors especially with YASU Technologies now SAP, Corticon Technologies and IBM ILOG. Anil has also worked for major South African Banking and Insurance organizations such as Standard Bank, First National Bank and Discovery Health in various capacities. He holds a commerce degree from the University of South Africa.
