  1. DAASL will provide an offshore facility for the customer, using our personnel, knowledge and infrastructure as core resources. The team and infrastructure resources can be captive or shared as needed.
  2. DAASL will operate the offshore facility and customize it in order to provide the right tools for satisfying the customer's needs; the activities can include analytics model development and model management, optimization model development and management, QA, policy implementation, maintainence and management and application support.
  3. Transfer the complete ownership of the facility and resources to the client at end of contracted term.
